What is included

- The minutes VIVALARETE spends talking with your customers on the phone and in website voice conversations each month.
- Transfer-to-human minutes
- The minutes used when VIVALARETE transfers a caller to the number your business defines.
- SMS confirmation & reminder add-on
- An optional monthly add-on that sends a confirmation SMS after each booking and a reminder before the appointment, to mobile numbers: €15 for 100 SMS with Starter, €29 for 250 with Business, €49 for 450 with Premium and €79 for 800 with Enterprise.
- Website chat
- Website chat and the public chat link are included in every package at no extra cost.
