What is included
- AI voice minutes
- The minutes VIVALARETE spends talking with your customers on the phone and in website voice conversations each month.
- Transfer-to-human minutes
- The minutes used when VIVALARETE transfers a caller to the number your business defines.
- Confirmation-call add-on
- An optional monthly add-on for outbound calls that confirm booked appointments: €30 for 100 calls with Starter, €60 for 250 calls with Business and €95 for 400 calls with Premium.
- Website chat
- Website chat and the public chat link are included in every package at no extra cost.
- VAT
- All prices are net and exclude Greek VAT.
